Alot of people continue to ask me the same question. "Lizzy what foods give you the most gas and what foods make you fart best?" Here is my answer. . .
1. Home Made Chili
I don't soak my beans first, I mean what's the point? I WANT to fart! hahaha I use fresh onions and LOTS of chili powder. When I eat just one bowl I can fart for 3 days strait. And let me tell you. . . my home-made chilli farts are extremeley offensive and come out burning hot!
2. Coffee:
Well that's a not a food but it does give me gas and lots of it. Very painful too.
3. Cabbage
If I eat cabbage I'll be pooting and tooting all night long and the farts smell really BAD. I love cabbage and can eat an entire pot by myself.
4.Yogurt
Yoplait is my favorite.
5. Oranges
While oranges don't give me an abundance of gas I admit they make my farts smell very sweet.
